All sales are final and we do not accept items for return.  If you purchased a ALOLÓ jewelry piece from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. ALOLÓ Jewelry is not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from www.alolojewellery.com.

Orders

At ALOLÓ, we strive to produce the finest craftsmanship jewels with the top quality and design.  It is our aim that you, our valued and esteemed customer, feel special and satisfied wearing an ALOLÓ jewel, and we provide with the highest customer service.

Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to sell products described on the Website or to make such products available in your area. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. The prices displayed on the Website are quoted in EURO and must be paid in EURO. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.

Special Orders

All special orders require 100% pre-payment and take approximately 3 – 4 weeks to produce and ship.

General Jewelry Care

– Care of Sterling Silver

Sterling silver tarnishes with exposure to salt air and items that contain sulfur such as chlorine, rubber, perspiration, and leather.

ALOLÓ Jewelry recommends washing silver with a silver polish cloth or with a soft cloth dipped in a small amount of silver liquid polish. Regular wear of your silver also helps prevent tarnishing.

To remove heavier tarnish, wash your silver jewelry with mild soap and warm water. Never use anything but a clean, nub-free cotton cloth. Avoid spotting by drying your silver immediately after washing.

Once cleaned and polished, silver must be kept dry and properly stored.

– Care of Black Rhodium Silver– Special Considerations

An “oxidized” or “black rhodium silver” finish is a plating that transforms the coloration of the metal into a dark finish.

The black rhodium silver does not tarnish, but it does wear off with exposure to salt air, liquids, and items that contain sulfur such as chlorine, rubber, perspiration, and leather. Limit exposure to direct heat and sunlight.

For best care, gently polish with a clean, cotton cloth (specially pink gold finish). Take care as this finish can be removed by overzealous cleaning and polishing. Lynn Ban Jewelry advises against using a silver polish cloth or liquid polish as the chemicals will remove the plating.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Repairs

All ALOLÓ Jewelry products are guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damaging resulting from misuse will void this warranty.

For repairs, please email info@alolojewellery.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. ALOLÓ Jewelry will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.

ALOLÓ takes the commitment to repair or replace any jewel/ article which present a defect or damage due to manufacturing reasons.

In order to determine whether an item is damaged due to a manufacturing reason, we will ask you to provide a detailed description of the damage and proof of purchase, via email.
